Winners of our Photo Competition
The EMI Training Academy is proud to announce the winners of its photo competition!
Our 1st prize goes to Kristina Hergottova (21 yrs) from Slovakia, with a very artistic photo of a multinational group in the Austrian Alps. Congratulations Kristina! Balazs Kovacs (26 yrs) from Hungary was awarded the second prize for his photo of a group participating in a leadership camp.
Congratulations to them both!
The Training Academy launched a photo competition at the end of last year on the theme of the Multicultural Spirit of Young Generations. Many photos were sent in from Europe and beyond. A panel of organizations of the European Movement voted on the photos received and selected the two best photos according to the relevance to the subject, the artistic dimension and originality. We thank all the participants for their efforts and for showing a truly multicultural - and European - spirit!
A selection of photos is also published on our web site

Kristina Hergottova (1st prize):
During my summer in Austria I met lot of interesting people. On this photo you can see 17 people from 7 different countries (Slovakia, Poland, Spain, Russia, Hungary, Austria, Italy) on the way to adventure in the Austrian Alps.
Balazs Kovacs (2nd prize):
There is an increasing international need for successful multinational exchange programmes and youth-led NGOs. Youngsters recognize the significance of acting with a global mindset. I took my photo after a training course on leadership where participants of Tunisia, Brazil, Ghana, Italy & Hungary met experts from India, Portugal, Columbia & the UK. The photo is about change agents symbolically unleashing youth power for a better future.
