Composition

The Members Council is composed of up to two representatives of each of the member organisations, associate members and corresponding members.

Each Member Organisation has one vote. Associate members and corresponding members do not have voting rights.

Members of the Board can attend meetings of the Members Council with full speaking rights but without the right to vote.

Meetings

The Members Council shall meet at least once a year, at the request of the President or ¼ of its members.
